By accessing or using the website at leadzi.ai or engaging with any services provided by Leadzi AI, LLC ("Leadzi," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Leadzi AI, LLC provides digital marketing and lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaign management
• In-house ad creative production
• Lead qualification quiz design and deployment
• Lead delivery via email, CRM integration, or spreadsheet
• Custom website design, development, and hosting
• Done-with-you marketing system setup and training

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or order form. These Terms govern your general use of our website and initial engagement with our team.

Our lead generation service is billed as follows:

• Monthly retainer fee: $999/month — covers all campaign management, creative production, and optimization
• Ad spend: Paid directly to Meta by the client (minimum $1,000/month recommended)
• No contracts: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice

Ad spend is not included in our fees and is the sole responsibility of the client. Website services are billed separately at $999 one-time setup fee plus $200/month for hosting and ongoing updates. Done-with-you system builds are $1,999 one-time. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your first full month of lead generation service, Leadzi AI, LLC will continue to provide services at no charge for the following month until you are satisfied. No questions asked. The guarantee is available to new clients only and requires that an active Meta advertising account with ad spend was maintained throughout the billing period.

As a client or prospective client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Maintain an active Meta advertising account with ad spend running
• Follow up with leads delivered to you in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing telemarketing and consumer communications
• Not hold Leadzi responsible for your sales conversion rate or business outcomes beyond lead delivery

By submitting your contact information through any form on this website, you expressly consent to receiving communications from Leadzi AI, LLC via phone call, SMS/text message, and email — including automated, pre-recorded, or artificial voice messages — at the phone number and email address you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly.

Leadzi AI, LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By providing your phone number on our website, you consent to being contacted via automated telephone dialing systems and/or pre-recorded messages for marketing and informational purposes. While Leadzi AI, LLC uses proven strategies and has a strong track record, we do not guarantee specific lead volume, revenue, or business growth outcomes. Results vary based on industry, ad spend, market conditions, and client follow-up. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and ad creative produced by Leadzi — is the property of Leadzi AI, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ad creative produced for clients as part of a service engagement becomes the client's property upon full payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadzi AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Leadzi in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Leadzi AI, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
